Weekend!

Vishal Bharadwaj's much awaited 'Omkara' has been released and I want to watch it on big screen only. The songs sound good, especially the two on Bipasha, probably because they have that Hindustani flavour. My best chances of watching it will be in Mangalore this weekend I guess. I want to check out that new Multiplex and also try it with the kid for the first time. I think we'll all have fun!

This week has been one of the most boring of my life, mostly listening to all sorts of stories. Surprising why they think women are the ones who gossip. I've been only the listener all this week. Actually, I've been so all my life I suppose. The worst of this kind was a senior of mine in college who took me to a coffee-shop and told me that he was smitten by a classmate of mine and didn't know what to do. I had no idea how people went about in such cases and could only mumble some understanding words. Uh, quite awkward!

The kid has become quite naughty and I can't decide whether my parents have more fun or trouble with it. Every day he learns something new and I'm missing it all. I can always hear him humming something or the other whenever I call up. I'm surely going to have an eventful weekend this time!
